We have our own inhouse postcode prompter commonly used by franchises around Australia. Live provisioning and instant updates. Detailed reporting functionality as well as postcode splits, voice to email and store based biling.

We have our own inhouse fax to email service. It features a live provisioning platform and is fantastic for the environment.

Voice To Email

We have our own inhouse voice to email service. It features a live provisioning platform and user recorded and updated greeting.

Line Hunt

Another of our our own inhouse services is Line Hunt. This service supplies the capability to have a hosted line hunt service for distributing incoming calls over a group of telephones. It has automatic and time based call overflow and detailed reporting.

Live Answering Services

We supply Live Answering Services. This service has live provisioning, supports multiple email and sms. It has a number of other calling options such as simple answering, high volume answering and complex answering.

Call Center Manager

Another of our our own inhouse services is Call Center Manager. This is the software which allows the Live Answering service to work. It is designed for a call center to distribute calls to operators and manage every aspect of the call.

ADSL Internet

We supply ADSL internet. Services ADSL1 technology, there are plenty of plans ranging from 1gb 256 connections, through to 60 gb 8mbit plans.

Dialup Internet

Dialup is still alive today, with some people unable to get ADSL. Also good for emergency connections for ADSL users.

Webhosting

We have a webhosting platform with full domain management. Basic Service includes DNS, email and webhosting.

DNS Hosting

This can also be a seperate product from the webhosting. Full international redundancy with 6 servers, located seperately across 6 seperate internet links.
